The Bushnell hosts the 2007 Heart Gallery

We are honored to welcome the Fifth Annual Heart Gallery in Connecticut to The Bushnell from November 6 through December 21. This visually stunning and emotional art exhibit raises awareness about adoption.

Sponsored by The Department of Children and Families and The Connecticut Association of Foster and Adoptive Parents, the goal of this photographic art exhibit - which captures the essence and beauty of children in Connecticut who are in state custody and want a permanent family - is to increase awareness of adoption during November, which is National Adoption Awareness Month.

We are very proud to host this exhibit in our Promenade Gallery. The exhibit will be open to the public prior to every performance during the holiday season and can be viewed by appointment by calling (860) 987-6033.

We welcome your thoughts about the Heart Gallery, and hope you take some time to come see this amazing exhibit.
