Is there going to be a Lottery for Drowsy??? I plan on coming every night and I am bringing many friends because I believe in this show and I want everyone to have an opportunity to see it, especially because it is now closed in NYC. I have promised everyone that there will be a Lottery and I don't want to disappoint them. I told them there might be a chance of having to sit in the balcony, but I would rather them see this up close!

Hi Bryan -
We are glad you are excited about Drowsy - we are too! There will not be a lottery for The Drowsy Chaperone; however, tickets are still available so you and your friends should have no problem getting a chance to see the show. Thanks for your interest!

Hi Bryan -
Another way you and your friends can get discounted tickets to see The Drowsy Chaperone is to buy tickets as a group - we are offering 10% off tickets to see this show to groups of 10 or more (excluding the Friday and Saturday evening performances). Call our Group Sales Hotline at (860) 987-5959 for more information!

I'm very disappointed that there will be no lottery for Drowsy, but I understand. I got an e-mail that said the $10 off was for the Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Sunday evening performances. Your last post said that this is for all the performances except Friday and Saturday night, so does that mean the discount will also be in effect for the Sunday matinée? And it also said that the discount was for groups of 10 or more, but the e-mail said nothing about a group needed to get the discount. The e-mail came with a special code, so is this different than what you were speaking of? Thank you so much for informing me. Oh, and one last thing, I was wondering if there would be merchandise for the show being sold at these performances because I know the show is now closed on Broadway and when I came to see Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, there was no merchandise. So if you could let me know that would be wonderful. Thank you again.

I saw the ad in the newspaper for Drowsy this morning (Sunday Republican) and was thrilled that you are, in fact, advertising. It's not quite the full page that Wicked was, but it's good that it's out there.
I have another question. Are you aware of any performance of Drowsy that you think might sell out? Because if so I would like to know so that I can order the tickets for that night before we get there. If not, because of my situation of coordinating my friends, I probably won't buy the tix until the night of each show.
I am very excited to see Drowsy next week! I'll be there every night!!!!!

Hi Bryan -
Thanks for your questions!
To answer your first question - those are two separate offers. The $10 off offer is for single ticket buyers, and the 10% off offer is for groups of 10 or more. The groups offer is available for the Sunday matinee.
There will be merchandise available to purchase.
To answer your second question - you will be able to purchase tickets at all performances.
Enjoy the show!

Thanks so much for answering my questions!
I am thrilled that there will be merchandise!!!! But at the same time, I wish this show had sold out every performance! But as the ads say, it is the best show you've never seen! Haha. Oh well. I am introducing it to many people, all of whom i expect to love it!
One more question. Do you know if there is any possible chance that this will ever come back to The Bushnell, or will the tour end in mid August or September (all that they have booked as of now)???
Thank you so much again, this blog has made my life so much easier!

Just a quick question. I know that the show has no intermission, but what is the running time??
