We gave Greater Tuna a thumbs down, but The Color Purple was
wonderful! Great story, great music and great cast! And we didn't
see anyone leave at intermission! This is the kind of show we expect
from your great theater.

My daughter Michelle and I have the Broadway Series. We saw The Color Purple last night. We both were dismayed at the loudness. Many of the group songs became just noise and weren't understandable. The play itself was good and the actors very talented. We would have enjoyed it even more if we could have understood all the lyrics!!

Thanks, Bushnell for finishing the season on a high note! The Color Purple was satisfying and remarkable. Please do not book any more shows like Greater Tuna or Sweeney Todd! I look forward to a promising new season in the fall.

Wow - what a great show - Both my friend and I weren't expecting it at all, in fact we both said that we would even go see the Color Purple again!!!! The dancing and singing were amazing and I even shed a tear at the end. This has been a great season with all great shows - keep up the great work!!

I did not see Greater Tuna, but I thought that Sweeney Todd and The Color Purple were both fantastic.

Unfortunately, my friends and I left at intermission. The music was too loud and the acoutics horrible (at least for us in the balcony). Also, I think most of the people near us were not frequent theatergoers as they kept rustling plastic bags and talking throughout the performance. It was a shame because we were really looking forward to this show.

We really enjoyed The Color Purple - fabulous cast, dancing and music. When possible I purchase the sound track CD several weeks before a show so I can become familiar with the music (just in case I can't hear or understand the lyrics during the performance). I just purchased my subscription to the 2009-2010 series and am really looking forward to the coming year!
