RESTROOMS

• Restrooms are located throughout The Bushnell on every floor and are well marked. Please don’t hesitate to ask us about family or accessible facilities.

BOX OFFICE

• Conveniently located on the right side of the courtyard, you can claim tickets at the Will Call window and purchase tickets just inside our main entrance.

COAT CHECK

• Each theater has its own coat check area in its first floor lobby. For Belding Theater, it is immediately behind the Box Office. For Mortensen Hall, it is just inside the courtyard entrance.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

• Assisted listening devices and other special needs can be accommodated at our Customer Relations desk in the Belding Theater lobby area at the base of the grand staircase.

ELEVATORS

• The main elevators in the Belding lobby allow access to all levels except the Mortensen balcony which has a dedicated elevator on the right side of the Mortensen lobby.

ATM

• Though credit and debit cards are accepted just about everywhere in The Bushnell, an ATM is located in the Box Office lobby as well.

DINING

• Café services are generally available in the Box Office lobby area. A private, 3rd floor dining suite is available to donors and for special events. We also have many restaurant partners in the area that will ensure you get to your show in a timely manner and occasionally offer discounts for Bushnell ticket holders. 

DRINKS & SNACKS

• Cash bars and light snacks are located in the lobby areas, though not necessarily for all performances. Don’t hesitate to ask us to where refreshments are during your visit. Additionally, many performances offer a Happy Hour two hours prior to curtain for one hour. Please note that snacks and drinks are discouraged inside the theater.
