Box Office Summer Hours: The Bushnell Box Office is open Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The Box Office remains open 30 minutes after curtain for all shows and through intermission for all performances in The Hartford Financial Services Group Broadway Series.

The Bushnell Box Office is located at 166 Capitol Avenue in Hartford. Short-term parking is available weekdays on Clinton Street and Capitol Avenue.

Restoration Fee: A restoration fee is added to each ticket and is used for general maintenance and improvements to the facilities at The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are not available, except in the case of performance cancellation. Exchanges are only available for productions with multiple performances. Exchanges are limited and subject to availability. There is a $5.00 charge per ticket exchanged.
Performance Canellation
If a performance is cancelled, information will be posted on www.bushnell.org and the following radio and television stations will be notified: WTIC AM (1080) and WFSB TV 3. If a show is cancelled or postponed, customers may exchange to another performance (subject to availability), receive a credit on their account, or request a refund.
