The Connecticut Forum's Chefs & the Art of Food

This Forum will provide the unique opportunity to hear from some of today’s most extraordinary chefs and find out what it’s really like in their kitchens! This live, unscripted conversation features Tom Colicchio, celebrity chef and Top Chef judge, Gabrielle Hamilton, chef and owner of Prune Restaurant and bestselling author, and David Chang, chef and founder of Momofuku. Sam Sifton, the food editor at The New York Times, will moderate the conversation.

We'll learn about the lives and inspirations of these talented chefs and restauranteurs as they talk candidly about the art, business and politics of food. The panel will share stories, talk about their approach to food and cuisine, and discuss the meaning of food in our lives.
