WINTER WEATHER INFORMATION
Regarding severe weather and shows at The Bushnell -
In general the show does go on, as scheduled, unless the Governor of the State of Connecticut declares a state of emergency.
The Bushnell's policy is to announce any weather-related cancellations 5.5 hours before the show is scheduled to begin.
If a performance is cancelled, the following radio and television stations will be notified: WTIC AM (1080) and WFSB/TV 3. Cancellations will also be listed on bushnell.org and on all Bushnell social media accounts. In addition, e-mails and/or robocalls may be deployed to the ticket-purchaser on record.
If a show is cancelled or postponed, customers who have purchased tickets though the Bushnell's Box Office may exchange to another performance (subject to availability), receive a credit on their account, or receive a refund. Customers who have purchased tickets via a third party would need to contact their point of purchase regarding refunding, etc.

Our Box Office is open for over the phone and in-person service at 166 Capitol Ave. Additionally, patrons can click 'Help' the button at the bottom left corner of any page and fill out our contact form.
Monday – Friday | 10am - 5pm
Saturday | 10am - 2pm (No Saturday hours during the months of July and August)
Open 2 hours before each performance (closes half hour after show start time)
