To confirm availability, we’ll need some basic information…

• The date(s) you are interested in;
• The type of event you’re planning;
• The start and end times;
• Your expected number of guests;
• Audio/visual needs.

We'll provide you with a written proposal that reflects room charges and various service fees - depending on your needs. (Your initial proposal will not have food and beverage costs yet). It’s at this point that we ask you to confirm your space reservation by approving your contract and paying a deposit.

As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible experience, we have partnered exclusively with Max Catering – the best caterer in our region! Once you speak with Max’s expert planners to learn about their expansive repertoire of possibilities - food and beverage costs will be added to your contract.
