Immersive Art Fest

A multi-talented, award-winning theatrical producer, actress, dancer, and choreographer, Carolyn has created and appeared in various immersive digital experiences, TV shows, national commercials, and Off-Broadway theatre productions. She has produced and directed many dance shows, including her long-running Nutcracker Suite & Spicy at The Wadsworth Atheneum, been recognized at various international film festivals and publications, and regularly appears on WNPR’s The Nose with Colin McEnroe. She holds a BA in Theatre from the University of Hartford. @c__paine

Hartford’s Proud was founded in 2013 by Terry and Duffy Starks to bring sound, movement and artistry to the overall development of Hartford area youth. Serving youth between the ages of 5 and 24, they perform regularly throughout the state and beyond. Hartford’s Proud also founded “Stomp the Violence,” a collaboration between the community and the police to inspire solutions to violence in the city of Hartford. @hartfordsproud2013

Regine is a New York-based actor, writer, and producer whose work spans stage and screen. Drawing on her Haitian heritage and international experience, she creates bold, resonant stories that champion underrepresented voices with authenticity and impact. Her recent credits include work with HBO, Audible, and the National Black Theatre. @way2rae

Bboy Poptart Taris Clemons is a CT-based artist, dancer, and teaching artist who is a member of United OutKast Crew, Universal Zulu Nation and Boston's Status Quo. He specializes in contortionism, power, percussion, and bringing character through breaking. Pop Tart and his art is featured in The Bushnell’s United Outkast performance for the Local Arts Stage. @860poptart

Baba Kwame' Henry Jones, founder of Infinite Roots Cultural Drum & Dance is a master drummer, drum-builder, percussionist, mutli-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter with over 25 years experience of  performing throughout the tri-state area, bringing families and communities together through the joy of music. @henryjoneslive
 

Patrick is a video game designer, programmer and music producer, most recently having worked on the procedural storytelling RPG "Wildermyth", named "Best RPG of 2021" by PC Gamer and "Editor's Choice" by IGN. He has created several virtual reality games, and focuses on using his technical knowledge to immerse people in interactive experiences and stories. @trekopep

Michelle is the new Music Director at St. James’s Episcopal Church. Most recently, Michelle held positions as Music Director for The Choir School of Hartford, Dean of the Greater Hartford Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, and Director of Music at Trinity Episcopal Church in Hartford. Michelle has degrees in Organ Performance (BM) and Sacred Music (MM) from Stetson University and Duquesne University and resides in Hartford's West End with her cat, Norman. She frequently composes, teaches, leads workshops, and performs around New England. @michelle_horsley_
