Proceeds raised from this event will support the mission of Max Cares Foundation to provide financial assistance to non-profit educational and charitable organizations in the Greater Hartford and Springfield communities, as well as to fund scholarships for eligible graduating seniors pursuing careers in the hospitality
and/or culinary fields
