We have moved to Paciolan!
As of July 1, 2024, The Bushnell has transitioned to Paciolan, a new ticketing system offering a streamlined experience for purchasing tickets, managing your donations, and more.
What changed?
- New System: On July 1, 2024, all new shows and performances will be ticketed through your Paciolan ticketing account.
- Your Bushnell Tickets.com account will be deactivated, some of your account information will be migrated to our new ticketing system, however you will be required to re-enter your credit card information.
How do I activate my new Paciolan account?
- To activate your account, you will be asked to provide the email address used for your Bushnell tickets.
- A confirmation code will be sent to that email address.
- Once you've entered the code, you will be prompted to create a new password.
- Your account is now activated!
- Note: Mobile users, open the activation link in a browser window outside your email app. If you are running into issues activating your account on your mobile device, try activating on a desktop computer or laptop.
What is your exchange policy?
- For Broadway Subscription Shows: Subscribers are able to exchange into another subscriber-designated performance of the same title, when allowed. Tickets may not be exchanged into an entirely different show or refunded.
- There are no refunds or exchanges for non-subscriber/single tickets.
Can I still Consignback my tickets?
- Unfortunately, Consignback is not available with our new ticketing system. We are searching for an alternate solution. Patrons will be notified if a new option for Consignback tickets becomes available.
How do I purchase tickets for new shows?
- Visit our website and click the "Buy Tickets" button for the desired show.
- You will be directed to the Paciolan ticketing platform.
- If you have not already, you will be prompted to create a new Paciolan account (separate from your Tickets.com account).
Will my account information transfer to Paciolan?
- When you create a new account on Paciolan, your profile information will be transferred over, but your payment information will not.
- Any saved credit card information will not transfer over and you will have to re-enter it in your new Paciolan account.
Can I use a giftcard to purchase tickets?
- Yes. If you're having trouble using your giftcard online, please contact the box office for assistance at 860.987.5900.
